A 3BR characteristic home in Rabat with lovely views by 360 Estates

Great location in Rabat and walking distance to Mdina. Lovely old and characterful property, spacious, good kitchen, and very clean. Could do with an extra sofa, and a few extra glasses and mugs, but there was enough kitchen utensils for us to cook meals. Would stay here again.

The hot water boiler failed but 360 estates got a new boiler fitted the next day

The home is a beautiful stone building with roof top deck. Rustic with good kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to everything.

The day we arrived there were 3 bags of dirty laundry, one of smelly garbage in the front entrance and NO shower towels . We informed 360 immediately. The rep informed me "the team has been notified". By day 2 nothing was done. I messaged again... "the team has been notified". garbage, 4 adults. no shower towels only hand towels . That afternoon (day 2) I followed up and was told everything would be resolved ...... garbage and dirty laundry was gone by 3pm...... but Stiil no towels! I put up a very bad review on their web page and alas a reply asking what I needed. TOWELS. 3rd day we got towels.

The location was excellent and once we were able to discover how to work the air con the bedrooms were comfortable.

The staff was not knowledgeable about the unit or the area. The modem and router were not turned on so we had to find out how to do that ourselves. There were no basics that I would expect booking.com to have as a standard. First morning coffee. Paper towels. Proper instructions. Working appliances.

Great location. Enjoyed being in a traditional stone house. Great view from the roof terrace, which was perfect for sundowners.

We enjoy cooking ourselves and would like to suggest that the cutlery and crockery are updated. If allowed, having a barbeque on the roof terrace would be ideal.

la maison est belle, dans une petite rue du vieux quartier de Rabat, très tranquille. Elle est proche de tout (magasins, Mdina, musée, bar et restaurants).

la cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas, ils ont mis trois jours avant de la réparer. Or, c'est pour pouvoir cuisiner que nous avons choisi un appartement. Très frustrant. Il n'y avait rien pour nettoyer un minimum les sols, les surfaces : ni balai, ni éponge, ni une simple lavette. Nous en avons demandé dés le 1er jour (nous sommes resté 7 jours), ils n'ont jamais donné suite.

Perfect location with all the amenities you need for a family vacation. The house was beautiful with great views and very comfortable.

Nice house with a lot of character and beauty. There is a lot of space at various levels to have your own quiet time. Rabat is a medieval town with lot to see and good restaurants in walking distance . Incredibly clean town.
