The fact that we asked for an early check in on the 9th of May and didn’t receive a reply until the 21st of May informing us that it shouldn’t be a problem, we also asked for the parking spot to be accommodated. We then arrived on the day of check in at 12, and after several phone calls we were told we can’t have the early check in, so a whole day was wasted waiting for a phone call, then we got a response via booking.com, that check in is normally 5pm, we finally got in 3.42pm. But it gets worse, we were then told, on leaving, we had to strip the bed and double bag the bedding,seperate the foot towel and place it with the oven glove and T towel in a clear bag, and also take the rubbish down to the bins at the back of the property, and also place used crockery in the dishwasher. The bags were nowhere to be found. The room itself was very hot and had no air conditioning, which made it unbearable to sleep in, there was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee.
