Mulino Nuovo by Quokka 360 - Spacious Apartment on the Swiss Border

There was everywhere mosquitoes it had a smell of nathaline. We speak with the accommodation and they tell us to buy our RAID ( mosquito kit that plugged in the socket to avoid mosquitos in the apartment). Also they tell us in whats up that before we leave someone need to come and check the apartment and if we break something we need to pay cash at this moment.

Dangerous place and neighborhood. This apartment was unsuitable, had no hot water for first night upon check in and hot water heater was unprepared and had to be fixed next day. Impossible for maid to properly clean prior. Also bug in bed, broken iron destroyed clothing, unsafe building that also houses illegal immigrants placed, and area unsafe, plus terrace is public for house and also unprivate and unsafe, plus construction noise in morning of first day waking up, plus no curtains in bathroom with light coming in. A dirty rag keeps the front building door open by illegal immigrants for easy entry. Windows needed to be sealed and there is no air conditioner or water machine. Old lady, gray grandma house, which her private items in closet. Broken iron ruined clothing, and all for 125 Euros a night! Belligernet hosts of company Quokka, never replied to anything except hot water and tried to have it fixed on THEIR Time! No mention of the dangers. Look at the PICTURES!

Everything about the place is great. Very easy to get the keys. It was nice to see the residential side of the area, out of the way of the tourist parts. Shops are a little further out but it's walkable (40mins-1hr ish) or can be reached by bus. It is quiet but there isn't much around. There isn't much over the border into the local part of Switzerland that we could find.
