Rooftop, Large Backyard, Fire Pit, Near Downtown

Beautiful home, clean and very comfortable beds. They had games for a nice night in (family friendly and also adult). Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed with 6 adults (3 couples with 3 vehicles) and there was parking for all 3 (2 full size suv and dullie truck). Note there are lots of steps to the bedrooms (king room on 2nd floor and 2 queen rooms 3rd floor) so if you have issues with stairs keep that in mind! There was a full size washer and dryer, 1/2 bath on the 1st floor, full bath on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Beds were fitted with clean comfy bedding and plenty of room to sit in the living room. The host was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to questions in the app. Check out was super easy just turn things off, lock the doors and take out the trash. We were a 10min Uber from Broadway in a nice quiet area, so once we were done downtown it was nice to have the peace when it was time for bed! The price was amazing and exceeded our expectations!! With it being a townhouse there where shared wall neighbors and we never heard them or our friends in the shared walled rooms, so you really do have privacy in shared housing.

We walked in and it felt like home even if it was just an over night stay! Definitely has that Nashville charm. Clean and comfy! We will come back.

It was clean. The decor new and up to date. There were activities to entertain like games and a variety of tv choices. The outdoor space was large enough to accommodate outdoor games.

You had to drive a little way to find restaurants.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and so close to down town. It felt like HOME, not just a rental. Off street parking, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, giant living room, washer dryer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The only negative about our trip was the cicadas, certainly not the fault of the home owner. There is an amazing fenced in backyard, covered patio and fire pit. I wish we could have used it more.

It was very spacious and clean for my family. Family of 8 here. With children ages 12, 10, 5, 4, 3 ,2 and 1 year. My children really enjoyed the outdoor space and we had planned to use the fire pit but it was raining. Our stay was short but sweet. I appreciated that there was hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in all the bathrooms as well as dish soap and dishwasher tabs available in the kitchen. We definitely took advantage of the ice maker and water from the fridge. After a long road trip, we had run out of bottled water. We also appreciated that there were paper towels, coffee, tea, and dry creamer, dishes and utensils available for use, as well as plenty of clean bath towels for everyone. I really liked the photo opp in the living room and the light up mirrors that were in some of the bedrooms. Nice touch. Having a washer and dryer available for use was helpful as well. Because who wants to travel back home with dirty laundry? I brought my own laundry soap.

Not much that I didn't like. Everything was great! Wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Very clean, sofa and beds were extremely comfortable. Great kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor space. Beautiful decor, amenities and amazingly spacious. Love the mirrors and the walk-in closet!

The property is located near a busy street, so you can hear the traffic throughout the night. We couldn’t figure out how to work the Nest thermostat, so it was very cold during our stay. Tried to figure it out, but gave up and wore sweaters and blankets. There were no trash bags, dishwasher soap, and the pans were worn out (lids didn’t match) making it difficult to cook. Colander for pasta would be really handy. Suggest the hot tub be on or have simple instructions to start it. We were really looking forward to using it after our long flight. We suggest having an instruction folder of how to turn things on, including Nest thermostat, WiFi password, dishwasher, what to do at end of stay, etc. would be helpful to guests. Lots of stairs, so you get a workout!
