La localización es muy buena, entre el centro y la estación de tren.

Aunque tiene dos unidades de aire acondicionado en el salón/cocina el fresquito tarda mucho en llegar a las habitaciones. Una de las habitaciones está pegada a las vías del tren así que cada vez que pasa un tren es como si pasara por la casa. Son tres pisos sin ascensor y escalera estrecha. No lo recomiendo para 4 personas, mejor 3.

Bona ubicació al costat de l’estació de trens i a menys de 10 minuts caminant del centre. La cuina ens l’hem trobat molt ben equipada.

Poc ventilat molta humitat, feia molt mala olor. El tren passava a les sis del mati i feia molt soroll i et despertava. El propietari Marc no contesta els missatges de booking i envia els seus pares a donar les claus. No hi ha wifi. Diu que hi ha parking pero no hi ha (es de pagament i es el de la estacio de tren). Diu que hi ha rentadora pero es al edifici del costat i es una bogaderia. Hi ha moltes escales i son molt estretes. No va preguntar a quina hora marxavem i a les 11:45 entra la senyora de netaja i ens fa fora. Pel preu no val la pena.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni. Host disponibile.

La seconda stanza è troppo piccola per 2 letti. Aprendo il secondo letto, non c'è abbastanza spazio per chiudere la porta e muoversi.

"Come l’Host puó rovinarsi una vacanza"

Rumore dei treni che passano accanto al condominio, almeno i figli erano entusiasti di contarli.

Serramenti rotti e non sistemati nonostante l’immediata segnalazione (soggiorno di 4 notti). 2 asciugamani per 4 persone per un soggiorno di 4 notti. Avvisato l’host che non ha mai provveduto ad integrare i mancanti. L’acqua del boiler é sufficiente per 3 persone, poi resta quella fredda. Camere fredde, i 2 climatizzatori non sono sufficienti a mantenere una temperatura gradevole. All’arrivo l’appartamento era freddo.

El apartamento en general, y sobretodo su ubicación.

Las toallas necesitan ser renovadas, la mayoría de ellas aunque olían a limpio tenían manchas y algunas incluso con agujeros.
