L’appartamento è a 3 minuti dal parco del Retiro, attraversato il quale si arriva alle principali attrazioni. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tre supermercati, un fruttivendolo e diverse caffetterie. È presente una lavastoviglie ed una lavatrice nuova. In generale l’appartamento è nuovo ed è curato.

Il divano rotto, l’assenza di un porta saponetta nei bagni, mensole in una delle docce e di ganci per gli asciugamani in entrambi i bagni. L’appartamento si trova al piano seminterrato il che non si viene a sapere se non dopo aver effettuato il pagamento ed il check-in online. Le finestre della cucina e della camera con letti singoli escono nel cortiletto interno e tutti vi possono vedere se le aprite. Un giorno nel bagno vicino all’entrata mi è caduto uno scarafaggio in testa, credo sia uscito dalla ventilazione nel soffitto. Sarebbe gentile lasciare per gli ospiti il minimo indispensabile per cucinare, come sale, pepe, olio e zucchero. Sono cose che non vengono consumate in un paio di notti e non è carino farle acquistare dagli ospiti. Almeno così si fa in tante altre strutture.

I like that the apartment was well located. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was not to far from the historical town

The soap, toilet paper were not enough for 6 day. For the price, we paid. It should have been taken into account. The kitchen did not have enough soap, one tea towel. No salt or any simples supplies that would elevated the place rating.

A localização era excelente. Bairro família com tudo perto, supermercado na esquina e muitas padarias ao redor.

A limpeza do apartamento péssimo. Camas e travesseiros muito ruins, ficamos dormindo mal durante toda a estadia. Sofá cama imundo e extremamente desconfortável. Apartamento no subsolo.

Quiet and peaceful area. Convenience to various restaurants and Metro. Close to the Retiro Park where we could have walk and have fun with biking.

Both toilets’ sliding doors are difficult to handle.
