Everything was good, nice view, clean and comfortable.

Don't have washing machine, provide coffee and tea without any sugar or creamer.

Very clean, modern deco, easy access to the beach

Best location utk stay & buat bbq..rumah depan laut shj.parking banyak.menarik.

The beach! Quick to access, clean & quite private. The contact person was pleasant ( don't know if he is owner)

Weird that they did not provide the name of the place. Hd to do a bit of search to figure out where we were going to stay. Why can't they just list it as Bayu Beach Resort apartments instead of 2-9 pax GFloor Private beach .....? General apartment is clean but hygiene is concerning. Cockroaches in bathroom. Even had to chase a small lizard from among my things on the kitchen counter. Equipment severely lacking. They only hd 2 mugs (we actually hd to ask for add mugs & plates!), very little cutlery (luckily we brought our own). Only provided 2 towels. If u say you can accomodate 4-5 pax, then u shld hv enough of everything for 4-5 pax. You do not wait for yr guests to ask. Only 3 of us cld squeeze into the 1 sofa. There were stools (shout out if anyone hs watched a movie for 1 plus hours sitting on a stool & found it comfortable). Oh, BTW, the 'futons' are actually mattresses. The single electric stove did not work after the 1st use, luckily they replaced it. Air frier was useless.. at 200 Celcius, I cld touch the internal walls and after ages, my nuggets were still cold. No prayer mats. First they said they did not hv enough cos they already gv some to adjacent apartment (how is that the guests' concern?)They finally gv us one but it was old & frayed & frankly too yucky to use. But not after they pointed out that this was not listed among items provided. Msia being a Muslim country, you shld expect to hv Muslim guests and stand by prayer mats. I hv travelled extensively overseas, and even in budget accomodations hosts hv provided extras which were not listed. These extras dont necessarily cost a lot yet go a long way to making yr guests comfortable. For them to return and recommend to their friends. So, it is worth yr while to not be so calculative. We will return (bcos of the beach). But we will definitely stay in a different apartment.
