Don't have

Quiet place with great sunset view. The beach located just infront of the balcony. The place is clean. Complete with BBQ pit. You can have BBQ held infront of the unit with spectacular sunset view. Worth every money spent. The host (aden) was very helpful from the begining until the end of the trip.

Tempat menarik...laut dekat belakang bilik je...best ...nak buat BBQ pun best....semua tersedia....cuma cawan,pinggan sikit sgt ....yang lain semua best.....cume nyamuk banyak....kene tutup pintu belakang....kalau ada yg bg salam jgn buka...nyamuk tu....

I like the location of the house which is ground level and can access beach via balcony and the guard there is good and friendly.That's all I like.

1.No microwave like in the picture. 2.Pay cleaning fee but have rules and fee if the house have rubbish in bin.Lots of fine that is illogical while I pay Rm60 for this unit cleaning fee.No need cleaning fee then if want all visitors even take the rubbish bag by theirselves.If not will get fine also. 3.The house is so full of beach sand and the small door mat for door is wet and sandy when check in. 4.The 3 extra blanket is too thin and small like kids size.Plus need extra charge for more blanket. 5.The price is quite pricey but the house is so small and not clean. 6.The toilet condition is also too old.Even there is no closet to put clothes.Tak cukup perabot function. 7.Not suitable for family of 5 (came here with my parent and sibling only). 8.Even the tv I need to sign in my own Netflix and youtube account. 9.Have so much fee and make us doesn't feel enlightened to stay here.Even check out 30 minutes late also have to pay 50 ringgit in the rules at the wall.Not comfortable like my last month stay that have cheaper price but more comfortable and huge house at Pd.It makes us doesn't feel comfortable to stay there.This is not a good stay for a vacation.Even have big paper of 200 fine if do bbq and not close the sliding door? 10.Of course need to pay 100 "security depo" before get information to self-check in.And have refund after 24 hours check out.If you don't follow the many rules and fee stated in the house.You will not get back your full refund.Staying at this unit doesn't feel stress relief. 11.Say that if I give 10/10 review on booking.com.Booking.com will give me 20% voucher for my next trip.This is just a marketing strategy to get people give good review!

Arrangement mudah difahami, staff peramah fast respons, view menghadap pantai Pagi boleh terus mandi Manda, boleh buat BBQ juga alatan semua cukup. Cuma internet semata tiada siaran TV yang basic.

The beach near hotel

Until 2.30pm i didnt get room details. Very poor agent. This location located at bayu beach resort. I pay rm550 for 9pax stay. But only have 2 queen bed. Other 5 is single mattress without bed. The room very smelly and not clean at all. Even after check out have to wait more than 24 hours for refund deposit. I you wish to stay here just book at bayu beach resort. Dont book here. Not recommended at all. 100% you will regret. Poor management
