We encounter problems as below 1) TV remote control cannot use. Hence, no TV can be watched 2) Low water pressure for shower 3) Only shampoo available. No soap or bath gel 4) We did not get mailbox password in advanced to collect the key. 5) Cleanliness: 2 spots with dried lizard shit. Bed that will cause itchiness.

Overall everything is clean, toilets and floor is clean. Towels and toiletries prepared, which is very good. Balcony is clean, living room is tidy, TV and DVD player also available. Extra foldable table prepared also, which is good for groups of many people. Extra mattress and towels also prepared, and there's also vacuum cleaner and broom for cleaning and tidying.

The bedsheets, pillows and blankets have a very old smell, although is clean. My friend have sensitive skin so she have to put a layer of sleeping bag on the bed to sleep. Same for the sofa cushions Tap at the kitchen leaking sometimes. TV remote not available, cannot use the TV properly. Only DVD player remote is prepared.

Not prepare drinking water, tea n coffee sachet. Wifi also not provided.
