For the discounted price was fine but then got there and was not worth it, not really like the photos

It smelt like dirty drains all throughout the living room and kitchen, it had no toaster, burns all through the kitchen side. Sofas very uncomfortable, internet was very slow so had to connect my hotspot, fire alarm went off upstairs about 1am while was trying to sleep and very noisy upstairs can hear everything. Front door didn’t shut properly

Parking was secure and plenty of spaces. Ease of access to building

The property was not clean build up of grime and dirt throughout ,the kitchen had a odor all the time just smelt I did find some washing up liquid and a sponge under the sink that was not right. There was damage to property upon arrival picture in living room was twixted and the glass was damages .. front Door and window in kitchen not shutting correctly , sofa had burns in it . Balcony is poor as it backs onto overgrown wasteland not owners fault but its not a real selling point as listed it is also full of litter . Mould in bathroom and damage to kitchen and bathroom cupboards . Massive slit in the bedroom carpet and on hallway floor is damaged . Not planning on returning 2 nights was enough..also its a loud building got woken by the guest above leaving the apartment then returning and opening kitchen cupboaddoors at 1am dont believe they where doing theis on purpose just not good sound proofing as I heard everything .I requested a invoice at 8am when I left the property which I had to call them at 2pm to ask again then call again at 2.45.before I received the invoice hopefully the security deposit is not as difficult to retrieve.
