Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento no fue del todo satisfactoria. Al llegar, no se nos explicó nada sobre el funcionamiento del alojamiento ni se nos dieron indicaciones básicas, lo cual generó bastante confusión. En la habitación encontramos hormigas, lo que claramente afecta la comodidad y la limpieza esperada. Además, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, y si por error lo ajustas a una temperatura más baja, volver a tener agua caliente implica esperar demasiado tiempo. Nos sorprendió también que el lavavajillas y la secadora estaban fuera de servicio, cuando están anunciados como parte de los servicios del alojamiento. No puede ser que se ofrezcan como disponibles y luego no funcionen. Por último, un tema preocupante fue la falta de seguridad en la habitación: la llave que debería cerrar la puerta no sirve, ya que esta se puede abrir sin ella, lo que deja la habitación totalmente vulnerable.

Nice communication, everything was clean, we had everything we needed, we used oven, washing machine and it was very comfortable. Nice location, other guests were polite, there was no noise from other rooms, shared spaces were left clean after using them.

Sometimes there was not enough warm water in the shower and I didn't understand which liquid provided was shower gel, which one was shampoo. Also, it would be nice to have laundry detergent provided as we had to buy a whole box just for one wash.

the location is excellent for taking public transportation and many amenities nearby.

Our room couldnt lock and some other guests came into our room while we were sleeping. It was quite strange and scary. I'm not sure why they would rent it in such condition. They weren't able to find someone to fix it which was annoying. We had to bring our valuables with us everywhere we went which was very inconvenient. Also, the dryer doesn't work we had to hang up our clothes to dry.
