The location was great

The property was cold damp and dirty, even used cutlery in the cupboard. Tiles loose in the shower that I cut myself on, shower also leaked. Storage heaters and payment meter for the electricity made trying to stay warm expensive. The heater in the living room was so covered in dust it was a fire risk. Left early, only managed 2 of the 3 nights stay.

Smooth move in. Was disappointed with the house being very dated. No room for putting shopping in cupboards it seems that they thought we would be eating out all the time. Cleanliness outside was not good. Weeds in the back garden cobwebs all over the doors outside and window sills. We had to put electric on as there was no credit on it which was specifically said to leave some for next family.

Updating the whole place. Everything was dated and could see where it hadn’t been polished. No storage in the kitchen. In the back door is a crack and you can see through it. Nothing seemed new. The mat at the front door was very slippery had to move it other wise some one would have fallen. I cleaned through before we left could not hoover as visually impaired.

Perfect location and very spacious throughout.
