"Horror, we did not stay the 2 nights in the end. Left after 1"

About the caravan, nothing. Absolutely shocked someone would not clean before allowing people to stay.

Above and could not get hot water with heating being on, we were sweating. No where to put travel cot. Microwave filthy, sofas had crumbs all over, dead flowers thrown behind sofa.

Caravan was nicely decorated and comfortable

Appliances were filthy, and the furnishings were damaged, it was a bit tatty, not expected in a diamond rated caravan.

Nice and tidy

Need to call them to get access code instead of them sending a code b4 check in. Check in time was from 4 pm but had to call them around 4:30pm as they did not send code. Compare to other caravan check in too late 4pm where other caravan was 2pm and check out early 10am compare to other at 11am. Need to pay extra to to check in early early n check out late n need to pay extra for bed linen to towel n toilet tissues also. If buy all inclusive the price will be way higher.
