Smell Everything was yellow stained Holes in the floors

There was nothing to like there was pee stains on the pillows black mold all over skirting boards in the bedrooms and the floor felt like you was going to go through it as you could feel the holes and couldn’t walk to the bathroom and bedrooms without your feet going down in the holes and it felt like the carpet was just holding it together

The holes in the floors and mold in the bedrooms it was very dirty

The park dean site

The caravan was unsafe. Grotty and unhygienic

Great location, van did what it ‘said on the tin’. Comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities (nice big fridge & freezer). The boiler pressure was too low to get hot water, when we first arrived, but site staff arrived 5 minutes after calling them & sorted it for me. There were instructions for the boiler in your email, but I was afraid to do it wrong!

The kitchen area of the van wasn’t as clean as I would hope for and the 2 main plug sockets by the fire place didn’t work. The door step was also broken and quite dangerous. One key didn’t work. Although the van was a bit old and scruffy round the edges, it was a very good price, so I wasn’t expecting a new, luxury van.

Leaking radiator, wet carpets and toilet didn’t flush and leaked as well. Poor maintenance!
