Wasn’t as listed. “2 bedroom apartment”, there was only one bedroom, and not even a second bed/sofa bed. Image shows shower above bath, which doesn’t exist. Lists a “hot tub” which was none existent. If it was listed correctly I’d be happy with what I got. Communication good for check in in terms of detailed description of what to do, however was told to use the car park entrance which was only open on the second day (even then the inside door was locked so still couldn’t gain access) which on check in night meant it took 40mins and a returning resident to gain access to the building. After a message regarding this, I was given the code for main door, so again communication good and problem solved but I feel this could have been avoided by having the code straight away, especially when it’s a three night stay.

GBCheck in was a bit late. Non functioning fridge, apartment entrance in appalling state (there was blood all over the floor,walls and door), water temperature was awful. Bed was uncomfortable.
GBBe careful when you book it I was cancel 2 hours before my arrival so bad service , safe your time and book hotel took money refund after 3 days no happened,
