The unit was okay but the trash can under the sink still had some leftover trash that smelled a bit. Apart from that, the staff at the front desk was poor service. The staff assigned to the studio was not easy to talk to. I asked for check-in but they didn't seem to be there. The female staff with a tattoo on her leg just looked at me. Since they couldn't find my name, they just made us wait in the lobby until they didn't call back after a few minutes as if we weren't waiting for them. If the guard hadn't assisted us, they wouldn't have called back. FYI, almost no guests were entertained when we arrived. I have been to several hotels but this is the worst experience I had. Never again!
