Coast Residences - 2 Bedroom with Balcony facing Mall of Asia, Manila Bay & Pool View

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise ☺️ The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The owner of this unit was really attentive when we had any questions through viber. She responded our Qs promptly. The location of the condo was superb, close to the famous local attractions, grocery stores, malls and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers.

Accessibility. Many ammenities available tho we did not get to enjoy it as we were only in the area overnight.

If you're a party of 6, like us, don't bring large suitcases as you will find it hard to make space when opening ot.

Hosts were wonderful. Location great for zoo and star city - not far to Mall of Asia too. Had good convenient shops immediately close

Very near to MOA and view is okay . Clean apartment though not that spacious. At least we have a safe place to sleep for the night.

Caretaker didn't respond immediately but the owner is responsive. Parking fee is costly though.

The aircon and the bed are good. The amenities are ok. And the security is good.

The noise is bad and the dust.

not enough restaurant around we had food deliveries cancelled a few times because of the heavy rain, so we relied to alfa mart which is located downstairs
