Threshing Barn- Modern 5 Bed, 10 person, Barn Conversion in a Rural Location with Great Access

The property is in a beautiful location and the building itself is lovely.

I do not usually write negative reviews but after a lot of thought I feel I have to. The barn is totally let down by the cheap furnishings. The bedding was flimsy, very poor quality and not ironed. The glasses were also cheap and nasty and not even a fizz or gin glass which now should be standard in any holiday rental at this price. However the real let down was the fact that we were informed that they would not refill the hot tub on our second day. This was after asking them to refill it as the water level was below the jets but we were informed that it was not policy to refill it as it would take too long to reheat therefore not good for the guests!!!!!!.....it was not good for the guests as we couldn't use it at all on the second day as it was empty, we had paid a premium for a property with a hot tub which was totally out of order as we couldn't use it. Every other property we have stayed in the hot tub has always been refilled without a problem. The owner was also very argumentative regarding any requests that were made by our group and not at all helpful.
