New city flat, 3 x double bed en-suite bedrooms, private kitchen & lounge, free private parking & own workspaces

Very spacious, clean and modern. Loved the lights in all of the en-suite bathrooms. Close to a bus stop. City centre bus every 10 minutes. Very convenient location.

Very spacious and comfortable, with lovely touches such as slippers, a hairdryer in each room, and each bedroom was equally excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of appliances as well as crockery etc. Excellent bus service into the centre from right outside.

It was clean, spacious and well equipped including coffee, tea, milk, etc. We stayed in December and the hosts had put up a xmas tree which was a nice touch. The host provided all required info ahead of our stay, and a user manual in flat so we didn't need to ask for anything. A little out of the city centre but the bus stop right outside was very handy.

The property is huge for the price and really well presented. It’s easy to find and easy to get into. Really friendly hosts!

really lovely place nice and warm entrance we stay at alot of places travelling for work this is right up there with the best when u stay there link your phone up to the speaker in bathroom ceiling with the alumination lights lol was brilliant loved it there would recommend this property

Very clean, spacious and excellently maintained flat with all the essentials. Great communication from the hosts. Quiet while also being on a great bus route. Perfect location if you drive (private parking). Would definitely stay again.

Flat was perfect. And the location is great if you arrive in the day (great bus route) or with a car (private parking). Only downside (and this is an us problem not a flat problem) was that we unexpectedly ended up without a car. It's a 10 min drive from the centre of Exeter and Taxis need booking well in advance.

Spacious, clean, close to town centre. Plenty of parking. Flat was very accommodating, having three ensuite bedrooms a real plus.

Heating was nonexistent in the bathrooms and pretty tame in the bedrooms. Worked perfectly in the sitting room. Maybe it was us not knowing how to work the heat, but we couldn't get the place warm.

The kitchen had everything. Parking was great
