VILLA DOLORES , with a spectacular swimming pool with hydromassage and a big garden for the children - IUN S3325

Outstanding. The pictures do not do this property justice. We were a group of nine spanning three generations. There is more than enough room to spread out and relax, and even a small almost hidden area that is even more tranquil than the rest of the property. Easy access to the city center, old town Alghero, the beaches and the airport - everything you need. The host was gracious and enthusiastic in making sure we had everything we needed.

The fridge as mentioned previously. We like to cook so sharper knives would have been helpful.

Great host and easy to communicate with. Clean and as shown on the pictures with a very nice outdoor area, big pool and nice bbq. Great with family & kids. We went as a family of 4, would also work for 2 families that like to share a house (8 people will work great, more might be a bit tight depending on your preferences). Location is a couple of minutes outside of Alghero as described (and no issue if you have a car).

Everything, but particularly the outdoor space- great swimming pool and play area, brilliant barbecue with dining facilities, and lots of shady areas.

Absolutely nothing.

We were there as a family with 2 young grandchildren. There were so many things in the garden to play with. They both loved the swings, and the pool was ideal, being a walk in. Paulo, the host, gave us a lovely welcome, and was very attentive throughout the stay. When the little ones went to bed, it was nice and relaxing for the adults in the garden and grounds.

Nothing we didn't like. A stair gate would have been nice, to stop the little ones.

Great property with superb outdoor amenities. Everything is very well maintained and organized. The villa is beautiful and has enough space for 3 families. Would recommend it to everyone.

The host was fantastic - really made an effort to help us understand the villa and the town. He booked the first nights meal for us and gave ideas for the week. The villa was spotless and very homely - with lots of little personal/ family touches

Very rarely does a property exceed the expectations that the photo’s set, but in this case it did. The best, most perfect villa we have ever stayed in. We are a family of five (children aged 5, 4 and 5 months) and the villa was just perfect for us, and was rounded off by the quite simply fantastic hospitality of our host, Pierpaolo, who nothing was to much trouble for. We were late arriving due to delays, and Pierpaolo didn’t mind hanging around for us, and even had provided local food and drinks for us for when we arrived. He showed us everything we needed to know and left us to it but was always on hand via WhatsApp if we needed him. A fantastic host who interacted with us all perfectly.

There was not anything that we did not like about the property! The one and only downside of our holiday was the mosquitos, and I can’t blame that on the property!!
