Penthouse Beach Front 1st line, 2 BR, 2 BA, New Decoration & Furnitures, unobstructed view of the beautiful Atlantic, free parking

Location was excellent. Unit was nice and clean. Everyone we encountered were friendly and willing to help if we would have needed something.

We would have loved to have a tv in the living room area. Two huge tvs in each bedroom but none in the main area.

The only good thing about this location was the view from the penthouse.

The property manager did not communicate well about time limits on check in, made us pay extra $50 just to get someone to get us keys to enter the room. Called property manager multiple times to get keys on time, but she said cannot meet us before checkin cut off and we were forced to pay $50 to get keys. However, we didnt even need keys, she could have given us keypad codes to enter for the night. When we entered the room, it was not well cleaned and we even found a dead cockroach in the living room. The only good thing about this location was the view from the penthouse. There was some construction at the building so it was not pleasant to walk around the lobby. Some lights don't work in the apartment, not sure if they ever fix those. It felt like they dont care about the guests staying there, not clean enough specially when traveling with family and children, I prefer to stay in a clean place. Will not return.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Easy access in and out of the building, free parking in the garage. Great communication with the lovely property manager Fabiola.

Had to pick up the keys off-site. Wifi was unreliable, constantly up and down.

We had very good time: Great and convenient location!! Ocean front view from the balcony!! Nice beach and pool area! Condo has everything you need and beyond. Free Parking garage!

Extra towels would be great!

Apartment was nice

Nobody told us that pool is under construction from June and according to management nobody knows when it will be done. We paid room with pool , not without it. Apartments without pool are much cheaper

Apartment was very nicely remodeled. It was stocked with everything. It even had beach accessories like chairs and a wagon and umbrella.

The pool could have been open. It was being remodeled but we were compensated fairly for it not being open. The owner was told it would be reopened by the end of October so he did not know. Also would have liked a TV in the living room.
