Gemelos 26 Resort Apartment 27C Levante Beach

Everything was spot on with this apartment and super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing we will book again when we come back definitely and every visit to Benidorm afterwards for sure!! Perfect!!

I struggled with finding the office to collect the keys the number on booking.Com website did not work and I was struggling with my internet connection. A cleaner from the building and someone else staying at the apartments very kindly helped me out and I finally found the place! But the address on my confirmation did not have Benidorm Bookings on my confirmation this would have helped me to find it big time but I also hadn't checked in so maybe things would have been different if I had but I will find out next time when I book this apartment.

The beds & pillows very hard, The settee was different than pics it was an old 2 seater with a throw over it and very uncomfortable. Sign above the heating/air conditioning saying do not turn on, even though apartment described heating in place. There was a terrible draft coming in gaps in the Doors to Balcony sounded like a Hurricane when windy being on the 27th Floor, The place needed a good clean. No TV channels in English

The apartment is in a great location,it was modern , clean, & furnishings of a good standard. The complex was excellent with well groomed gardens & lovely swimming pools The views from the apartment were great.

Location was good, nice high floor; it was surprisingly quiet at night. I liked the indoor pool, although it was more of a covered outdoor pool, it was very quiet but a bit cold in the water. The gym was more of an outdoor one like you see on the beaches but for the money both were ok.

The apartment was a bit scruffy in places - the frame around the bathroom was broken and the ironing board was falling apart and dangerous to use. The iron flex was fraying in places.

Los colchones muy cómodos, todo bastante limpio . La piscina de invierno muy bien.

Falta algún enser de cocina como una espumadera por ejemplo, y algo para limpiar baños o suelo. Tampoco había jabón en el bote de lavarse las manos.
