We loved the location. It is right near the marina, restaurants, and a grocery store. It has a beautiful roof terrace. We also appreciated that the refrigerator, tea kettle, gas cooker, and microwave worked well. The host is a good communicator and gave great directions!

The ceilings are low so we bumped our heads a few times. The beds are a bit uncomfortable.

Fab little apartment with an amazing view from the terrace over Fethiye harbour. Really good spot right by Old Town, very close to a big supermarket and walking distance to the Dolmus station and rock tombs.

There is a loud bar/restaurant nearby so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Everything as described, pictures are an accurate representation of accommodation. Perfect location, could wake up to the view everyday for the rest of my life. Very comfortable bed. Great communication from host.

Not so much not like, but would have been nice to have some sun loungers to enjoy relaxing on the terrace.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, interaction with the hosts were very kind and pleasant, they were responsive and helped us out, e.g. installed faster WIFI while we were there within hours. We thought the bed was very comfy, and the place was dark at night. The view and terrace are stunning!

The place looked a bit run-down, as if it has seen better days, e.g. ceiling, couch, chair cushions, carpets. The shower set-up was a bit inconvenient. It was a bit smelly too in the kitchen area. The space felt tight, especially with the low ceiling.

Clean and very comfortable. Great location. Owner was very helpful, great communication.

The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is very convenient for town. Although small the layout of the apartment is good and it is a cosy space. Keys were left in a lockbox for easy check in and communication with the owner was good. We requested another pot to cook with and he was prompt to reply and bring a new pot the next day. Although there are a few things to consider when booking this apartment we did enjoy our stay here.

The ceiling is very low and we knew this before booking but if you are tall you will need to mind your head. If you have a car it is tricky to find close by parking but if you are willing to walk 5-10 mins you can get parked and it wasn't too much of a problem for us. The kitchen could be better equipped as there wasn't even any bowls but there is just about enough stuff to make do with. Some people might find the steps an issue but they were fine for us. In all I would say it is a very good place to stay but these are just a few of the things to consider before booking.
