La ubicación buena. Los colchones cómodos.

El apartamento necesita actualización. Sobre todo el baño y el WC no tenía tapa.Las ventanas dan a un patio muy sucio. Entraban olores por el baño. Necesita mano de pintura y estaba,en general,sucio.
