Unfortunately I was unable to enter the property and hence was unable to stay there. I arrived at 17.45, as agreed and approved by the owners. I phoned the number, no response, I rang the bell, no response. They phoned me 2,5 hours later to say they could not send code because they communicate via WhatsApp and my number was not on WhatsApp. Nowhere was this clearly stated that WhatsApp was a prerequisite. I provided a valid SA tel number and they contacted me on that but my WhatsApp is linked to a uk number. I found the wife to be rude and unaccommodating.

As per above, unable to gain access to the property despite trying to contact and ring the bell within the agreed arrival time.
