The staff communication felt unprofessional and rude at times. For example, the host was not present at the agreed check-in time, even though my arrival had been discussed in advance. Upon arrival, I was told they would come about an hour later, but they ended up arriving much sooner. I found this lack of clarity somewhat hectic and unprofessional. Additionally, when I asked about the facilities and whether there was a common space, the host responded that I should not expect such amenities at this price point. While I understand that this is a budget B&B, the lack of a common space and basic amenities was not clearly communicated on the booking page. It was not specified that there is no common area, nor that basic amenities such as an electric kettle or microwave are unavailable. Overall, I believe that a place described as a bed and breakfast should offer at least a basic shared space or designated area for breakfast, rather than limiting it to the room.

O anfitrião é prático e muito prestativo. Foi extremamente atencioso e ofereceu dicas preciosas para a estadia na cidade. A hospedaria é muito limpa e em boa localização. Os quartos favorecem a privacidade. Fiquei muito contente. Recomendo.
