Un bon séjour à proximité de la plage est restaurant. Le ménage est fait tout les jours ces un plus. Est la chambre est spacieuse.

מה לא אהבנו- המיקום מוטעה, מהמפה זה נראה בlong beach בפועל ממש לא ורחוק משם מאוד בנוסף לא היו לנו מים חמים במקלחת באף לילה, בקבלה טענו שצריך להמתין עם זרם מים פתוח 20 דקות, זה לא הועיל. צוות המלון לא נוכח בקבלה צריך לקרוא להם ולא מבינים אנגלית. תמורה אינה שווה למחיר, תוודאו שיש לכם אופנוע אחרת אתם תקועים

Location is great, close to sea side and touristic street. Excellent for 2-3 days.

Good location close to the Sonasea night markets and 10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious room with comfy bed.

States there is a pool but actually this is just a public pool about a 5 minute walk away that is still under construction so nowhere to lay and can be used by anybody not just hotel guests. The whole area is ‘up and coming’ so lots of construction around. There were ants in the bedroom and bathroom plus the entire room smelt of faeces/drains to the point it made your eyes water. The shower drain was slow so flooded the whole bathroom. Also the rooms don’t have very good soundproofing. It’s also very hard to find on a map, no mention of ‘Luxy’ like the booking name suggests, it’s just called M Town Apartments.

I was looking for the Luxy Park Hotel, this isn't signposted, you have to go into the Mtown building hopefully find somebody who will check you in, the room was an inside room, which suited me, it was very quite as the main street will get busy, especially on the weekend, in parts of the room, the ceiling was low, especially above the toilet, but the room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well too, the shower gave hot water, I think I would use the hotel again, it was a late booking from me, so well done me.

Some of the ceilings were a little low, no TV, but that isn't a problem, I didn't travel 6000 miles to watch TV, no mosquitoes, which is a plus too.

The property is located close to a night market. The swiming pool which is shared by other hotels and properties is a 5min walk and a nice clean public beach is a 10min walk away. The room was big but weary with a lot of holes on the wall. The staff were nice if you could get hold of them. The Wifi was strong and reliable.

The staff that you interact with are really nice but in general the property is seriously understaffed. When I arrived, no one was at the reception! and no one answered the hotline! I had to wait a few hours to check-in and when I finally checked in the room was not fully clean. No one was at the reception in the evenings and at nights. They need to invest more on maintenance and staffing.

Bed was pretty comfortable, staff was always enthusiastic and tried their best despite language barriers.

Room looked much smaller in person. Our shower constantly flooded and the balcony furniture was rusty. It’s a good deal but you do get what you paid for. The restaurant was never open, presumably because it was low season. Bike rental / laundry is slightly pricier than average but nothing too crazy. There were 2 nights where electricity would black out for hours at a time and wifi/AC was out. The area is still in development and felt like a ghost town, but that’s most of phuquoc. Definitely recommend staying closer to main town (15-20mins away)

Staff Bao was excellent the best part of my stay here. Hospitable and supportive communication with staff. I enjoyed the location even though it was a way from the center. Area had some great restaurants, attractions and close to the beaches.

Being off season, the place was not fully functional so felt very cold and deserted. This is not the fault of the hotel although some effort could be made to make the place more lively. The restaurant was closed. The name is MTOWN not Luxy. The main issue I had was the cleanliness, the rooms are dated. Cleaning was done daily but never done effectively with the room still being dirty.
