Breakfast was ample , beautiful location and an intimate ,friendly atmosphere. Hotel was in an unusual and unique location Fabulous views

I would have liked a kettle in my room and tissues in the bathroom.it was a unique stay in a unique location.

The room is with good design and it is with a superb view of the old city of Modica. We enjoyed spending time there and also in the garden. The breakfasts were great and you can enjoy the breakfast with the good view. Vittorio is very nice and helpful.

Could be more privacy if there is cover of the door to the garden in the room, rather than a transparent curtain. Other guests can also access to the garden.

The Manager Vittorio and the superb Cook Angela and all the staff were fantastic and made our experience, together with the superb views you enjoy of Modica. The breakfast was in a great setting, very homey and Italian and delicious. We did not try the pool but it looked great. A great list on places to go, eat, beaches was ready and shared upon arrival. Get a bubbly and enjoy it with the views for an unforgettable aperitivo and memorable experiences!!

Nothing to do with the property, we were unlucky as there was a very loud rock concert during our stay both evenings. Also, even if in June, it was very hot so we did not dare adventure too much in exploring the city as we wanted. A good reason to come back! I would advise visiting in May or October.

Tasteful, incredible location, wonderful staff who are full of suggestions, beautiful gardens. Can’t fault it.

If you’re going to Modica, you need to stay here.
