Egen frukost

Excellent, absolument silencieux, au milieu d'un jardin et des arbres. Excellente douche. Et surtout un point central pour un cycliste qui a fait en une semaine 498 km en 5 jours pour découvrir toute la moitié nord de l'Île de Öland. Se trouve aussi non loin d'un supermarché ICA et du port où il y a des restaurants ouverts.

Rien, tout était parfait.

Friggeboden hade ALLT man behövde, det var mycket fräscht och välstädat, mycket fint runtomkring med fina blommor och trädgården mycket välskött, trevliga värdar. Nära till mataffär, restauranger, hamn och badplats. Liten AC.

Sängen var obekväm för mig (min man tyckte hans säng var ok) och det var svårt att titta på TV om man sov i undersängen. Det hade varit bra med myggnät i fönstren eftersom det fanns alltid någon/några flugor (inte myggor) som störde nattsömnen.

The whole accommodation exuded care and good taste. However tiny, a lot of effort was made by the host into creating storage space by adding hanginghooks and cupboards. The host was very friendly, and although he didn't speak English very well, and my Swedish is definitely poor, we managed to have a nice and interesting conversation using the Google Translate Conversation option.

The house was definitely tiny, and actualy there wasn't enough space to stay for a longer period, like we did (a week). For a few days: OK. However, by rearranging the furniture we created enough space to manage. Another issue: the chairs (both inside as outside) were very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the host was kind enough to offer us a few comfortable garden chairs and, by doing so, certainly saved our holiday enjoyment.
