"A lovely stay in the centre of Faenza."

Nice, friendly owner who took the time to explain everything. Fantastic location right in the centre of town! Lovely, clean, spacious room with fresh, modern decor. Bed really comfy with lovely soft sheets! Great shower - super clean with good power. Lots of recycling options which was so encouraging. Kettle and teas were much appreciated (and not so common in Italy).

Breakfast was via a token for a nearby café and was a waste of money for me as the only option for food was a ‘cornetto’ (pastry). I don’t like pastries so, in effect, I had an expensive coffee. I now realise this is quite normal in Italy though so not really the B&B’s fault. Even so, it was pricy for what you got and I would recommend leaving the breakfast option when booking! The room is situated by the main entrance to the property and when it was closed at around 07:30, it was very loud and sounded like gunshot! I was asleep at the time and jumped out of my skin! If this were my B&B, I would: put in a little fridge for milk for teas and coffees (I kept mine on the external window sill); install blinds instead of curtains as the heat from the radiator gets trapped between the window and curtain rather than heating the room efficiently; install a full-length mirror in the room. These are minor things but this place is almost spot-on so would be worth doing, I think.

"A big room with warm hosts"

Just as pictured, the room is a very spacious ground floor room with attached bathroom. It is on a quiet side street close to the ceramics museum so despite being on the ground floor there is hardly any noise. The hosts were very sweet and welcoming and gave me good advice on where to eat. I tried two recommendations (Osteria La Baita for dinner and Nove100 for breakfast) and both were excellent. I would happily stay again.

I would have liked a tea kettle in the room and a water glass.
