"I had a fantastic week in this apartment! Amazing sea view, extremely clean, comfortable furniture, and high-end home appliances. The location is close to all services, restaurants, shops, and markets. The owner is welcoming and respectful. An excellent experience!

The punctuality of Dr Zouhair and his assistant whom he called Umm Yousif.

Dr Zouhair blatantly lied to us, by booking us into a different (and much worse) accommodation than the one advertised. LACK OF HYGIENE: Building stairway smells of smoke and is dirty and dusty. The roads being laid now- we only knew about that the morning of the travelling day! Disgusting smell outside the building due to rubbish being dumped there, attracting mosquitos and dogs. When I asked Dr. Zouhair concerning the whereabouts of the bins to dispose of the rubbish, I was shocked that a doctor would respond by saying just dump it anywhere nearby! We all suffered severe mosquito bites daily. NOISE POLLUTION: Very loud music at the front and back of the flat all night long, making it impossible to sleep! Roadworks across the entire coast directly outside the flat and other construction work on the beach is ongoing, hence it was noisy due to the bulldozers. The howling of the dogs day and night added to the problem. FURNITURE: Good clean beds, alright sofas, Worn out chairs on the balcony except the white plastic ones, white window door handle is damaged and fell on my foot whilst trying to shut it. Only one fan provided in the 2-bedroom flat in the intense summer heat! Washing machine doesn’t work. I had to wash our clothes by hand on a daily basis which exhausted her. There are 2 shower heads, but only 1 works. It fell on my young daughter’s head due to it being unable to handle the water pressure, causing her pain all night. Bathroom tap – one was broken, the middle part was damaged, so it would squirt water in your direction, and another part was leaking on the floor. Useless kitchen utensils – the kettle leaked hot tea onto my hand! Broken mug. Fridge, cooker, water as well as TV work. Hot water tap (marked red) in the kitchen is actually the cold water tap and vice versa!!
