The Icon 3 Condo in IOI City Mall Putrajaya, Pool View

I like the apartment. It feel like im at home and the facilities were all i need was there provided. A big thank you n good job services to the owner. I will book to the apartment again for my next trip to Malaysia.

Nothing.... All gives me peace of mind. I love the ambience.

Its location is a major plus . Very near IOI City Mall, putrajaya , cyberjaya and Kajang . The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The living room, bedroom , bathroom and kitchen well equipped. The furniture is new and the mattress is one of the most comfortable compared to others that I’ve stayed so far.

The parking area level 5 can be a bit daunting as the driving pathway going up to level 5 is a bit narrow.

1) Location is near to IOI City Mall 2) Owner is fast action in resolving the problem of the house when feedback

1) The multi level parking of the condo is terrible, too narrow to turn the corner. You may end up by scratching your car easily. 2) The master bed is uncomfortable, too soft and unable to support back, unable to sleep well. 3) The house not well maintained, too many problem to ask owner to solve during the stay. Such as air-cond leaking water, remote control no function, ceiling fan noisy,...etc. 4) A lot of last minutes inform house rules, such as this is Muslim house, you cannot do this and do that. Better stated in the booking page and let people know in advance.
