The location was excellent! There were lots of amazing places to eat within a few steps from the apartment and the main shopping street was just across the piazza. The train station was easily walkable too. The apartment was really comfortable, spacious and was well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and suggested places to eat. They were really easy to contact to advise when necessary.

The only minor thing was that there were no wine glasses, just tumblers, so we bought some and left them there for the next guests.

The hot water wasn't so reliable.

Can not comment on property as there was a fault and we could not stay there. However the manager was excellent in getting us alternative accommodation which was clean and spacious

Posizione super centrale per vedere tutto a piedi; città splendida. Appartamento carino, con bella cucina, soggiorno e balcone. L’host ci ha lasciato ottimi consigli (pizzeria top). Tanti negozietti sotto casa. Nel complesso buona esperienza: torneremmo volentieri.

A Lucca ci sono 2–3 piazze con lo stesso nome: siamo finiti inizialmente in quella sbagliata, poi ci siamo allineati con l’host. Avevamo prenotato il pick-up, ma l’host non era disponibile; ha mandato un taxi che però non era stato avvisato. In cucina la macchina del caffè non funzionava (capsule sbagliate, poi risolto); mancavano spugna e alcuni essenziali. Problema principale: per due sere la vicina di sopra è stata molto rumorosa (urla e spostamento mobili)—da sistemare. Con un cane la zona è meno comoda: è centralissima e le aree verdi scarseggiano. Lieve odore di umidità dietro un elettrodomestico: servirebbe migliore aerazione. Ascensore piccolo, lento e rumoroso: meglio le scale (2° piano).

Świetna lokalizacja, przy głównym placu Amfiteatro, wszedzie blisko. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, Lorenzo jest uroczy. Duży apartament, idealny na 4 osób, komfortowy, z klimatyzacją i szampanem na powitanie. Kosmetyki, woda, kawa i przekąski dostępne, czyli wszystko czego potrzeba turystom. Będę polecać znajomym
