El apartamento estuvo fenomenal. La relación precio calidad estuvo genial. Muy agradable. El portero Martín muy amable y cordial.
Solamente para decir algo, el ascensor limitado para pocas personas. Me tocó subir por las escaleras para poder dejar a mi mamá y esposa subir por el ascensor. El edificio no tiene cubierta y.si llueve para ingresar al ascensor por el.lobby se alcanza a mojar el piso. Pero eso es ajeno al apartamento como tal.

El lugar muy lindo y acogedor, el personal encargado del edificio una belleza de personas, super amables. La comunicación con el anfitrión totalmente rápida y eficaz. Recomiendo 100% el alojamiento no sólo por lo anterior sino porque es demasiado céntrico, llegas caminando a muchos lugares importantes de la ciudad.

Bona ubicació, ben equipat i comfortable per a una estada curta.
En trobar-se al centre hi ha molt soroll i les finestres no aïllen gaire. Caldria millorar l’aïllament o avisar prèviament perquè l’estada sigui comfortable, amb taps se soluciona.

Nice flat with a view. Well located in the city centre, at a walking distance from the historical area and near a métro station.
The insulation is poor. The street is relatively calme but the neigbhors were not (music from 3 to 7 am...).
