The property itself was comfortable and spacious. Ravon was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Check-out was easy and communication with him was great.

Nearby roadworks caused noticeable noise, and the lack of electric fencing compared to neighbouring homes affected our sense of security. The refund request process was also handled in a rather impersonal way with the owner. The house is not as close to the beach as what is interpreted.

Everything was perfect. Everything that was needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again. We were introduced to the property by Ravon, who was a great help & very responsive.

Lovely big home, looks just like the photos, well equipped, super friendly host Ravon who met us at the house and explained how everything worked. Would definitely recommend!

Don't be in any rush to travel to George with the roadworks, but that too shall pass.

Stunning views across the bay and of the mountains to the rear. Beautiful sunsets. Very spacious property, well equipped kitchen and the hosts provided all necessary condiments and cleaning products. Gas braai was great. Lovely bedrooms with beautiful views.

The hosts are now aware that some garden furniture should be provided (fortunately, we had taken our own camping chairs).

Lots of spiders and spider webs downstairs. Lounge carpet is natural fabric so prone to dust. Insect repellent was provided and it helped a lot.

The house came with amenities which made our stay very comfortable (milk, coffee, cleaning products, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, small shower gel tubes, towels, a washing machine, dishwasher and more). Whatever we didn’t have, we could get from the supermarket. The house is beautifully decorated, all beds have white linen. The firepit was a highlight for us, and from there, the sunsets were unreal. The gas bbq was easy to use. The house is situated in a safe and quiet area with lots of bird life. You can access the beach about 50m away via a pathway leading over the cliff, and as very its high up, the views are magnificent. Its a comfortable walk and climb most of the way, however it may not be recommended for small children or frail elderly. The beach is perfect for exploring rock pools and long walks, it is unique, breathtakingly beautiful with the cliff’s rock formations. The ocean can be quite rough but we took a dip in the shallow waves.
