"Don’t expect much."

Good location, 10-min walk to MOA. Room was clean. 2 towels and 2 blankets provided as well as kitchenware. Lobby was nice, clean, had good air-conditioning, personnel were courteous and helpful. Rate was cheap.

No soap, air-conditioner not working the first two nights (fixed on the 3rd night, our check out was the following day). The room was not set-up properly. I asked at time of reservation if we will be allowed late check-in as our flight arrives at midnight. Reply came after 3 months, the day before we arrived. I wish there was more prompt communication.
