""Great Location, But Amenities Come at an Extra Cost""

The location is honestly one of the best highlights of this condotel. Everything you need is just a short 5-minute walk away — IKEA, Mall of Asia, restaurants, groceries, and a gas station. Public transportation is also very accessible right around the corner, which is super convenient for guests without a car. The unit itself is cozy at 28 sqm and comes with free Netflix, which is a nice touch for a relaxing staycation.

There are a few areas that could use some improvement. For 4 people, the air-conditioning unit struggled to cool the entire space comfortably, and the microwave was unfortunately not in working condition during our stay. The pool and parking lot come with extra charges, which we didn't expect. It would be helpful if management could be more transparent about these additional fees upon booking so guests can plan accordingly.

The hosts were very very nice.... The hot shower was good... The WiFi was good... The bed was comfortable... Overall... the room was good...

At times the air cond was not cool enough... The cooking utensils were not "complete" The downstairs facilities were very unsatisfactory - which need a great deal of improvement to be made...
