The location was amazing and the room was very spacious and homey!

My child hated the spider webs in various places and we came across a couple roaches in the bathroom.

"overall it was pretty great! good views, good price, amenities were nice and the loft was comfortable"

My kids really liked the loft and the fact it has winding stairs with personal space. The beds were soooo comfortable!!

the pull out couch bed was dirty with stains but I was able to take the covering off and put on extra sheets they supplied

The location is beautiful. The pool is great for kids.

We missed our flight and did not check out in time. We were charged another night without consent, which I mostly understand however they did not honour the nightly rate I had booked at and charged 20% higher. I was offered alternative accommodation by a kind couple that overheard my situation but the resort would not refund the cost of the night even though we hadn't even reached check in time. It left a sour taste in our mouths. Furthermore, whenever we needed help with anything, nobody seemed to know the answers and there was never any initiative to help or creativity. Customer service requires attention
