It was clean, you can use the kitchen (free tea, coffee, water heater). They let us leave our luggage at the property before the check in time. Bubu is really friendly dog!

The room is not really soundproofed, so bring earplugs if u’re a light sleeper.

There should be one more toilet and shower - if guesthouse is full, you must wait for it and its not ideal

The man that owns the guesthouse is so rude. He yelled at me for taking a shower and brushing my teeth when I waited over 30 minutes to use it. He said its one bathroom for the entire place (5 rooms) and then cussed at me to his wife in Georgian. I been traveling the country for 18 days now and never felt so uncomfortable. The room was dusty and the bathroom has a mold/mildew smell. His dog also barked the entire night, plus the room was so hot making it impossible to sleep. Couldn’t wait to leave the place!

Alexandre, Lucie and Bubu are adorable. The room is simple and comfortable, all the house is super clean. The price is very reasonable. I truly had a wonderful time here, you will feel like home with such heartwarming host.

Great location, at the walkable distance (5-10') from the central square. Very nice, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Kitchen totally equiped with all that you need. Top hospitality! Owners are excellent, very helpful and friendly! We stayed there in 2023, came back this year and we will come into "bubu' apartment again. Best recommendation for the 'bubu'apartment and owners!
