Miral Beachside 5 - by HD Properties

The property was about a 2 minute walk from the beach, and the old town with so many restaurants and shops. The property itself was so beautiful and had 2 balconies, 3 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. Honestly can’t complain as it was amazing.

Location was good, quiet, but close to Old Town, restaurants, shops, the ocean and groceries. Good sized apartment, 2 single beds, one queen bed, all very firm. 3 bathrooms with shower only, kitchen with dishwasher, 2 balconies and washing machine. Large windows let in lots of light.AC in each bedroom and in the living room. No screens on any of the windows, but the roll down metal shutters allow some air flow while blocking anything larger than a mosquito from coming in.

Beds were not clean when we checked in. Sheets with hair and dirty mattress covers. Notified host at 4pm, was not cleaned/replaced until after 8pm. Booking. com was no help at all. The sofa was ripped and stained, with food crumbs in the cushions and food underneath. The cleaning staff (2) did their best, but could not repair the sofa. A sheet /cover was provided for the sofa. Some of the teflon frying pans were in rough shape. When we asked about replacements, other cooking pots were provided, but not frying pans. One day we lost electricity to half the apartment. Maintenance showed up very quickly and diagnosed with a temporary repair. Hopefully the Rental company will do a better job in the future.

The location of the property could not be better- only 1 minute from the beach and less than 5 from the old town. The property was so spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 . It was clean and bright and well equipped.

It was perfect!

It was close to the sea and the area that had the festival. the rooms where big and the beds where good and comfortable. the living room was ok. I would recommend the apartment its great for a holiday and has alot of space I would stay here again and I have stayed in alot of places and would recommend this depending on what price it is at that time.

the showers were frozen and as it was winter it was so cold. the photos on the booking mislead myself as we thought the up stairs was attached to the apartment but you had to leave the apartment to get to it and then it was a shared upstairs which you could only use half of it. we intended to sit and look at the sea but the other half was private to an other apartment and the main reason we paid over £1300 was for this area to watch the fireworks but the shared part we had was at the back and that ruined the idea of why we wanted the apartment.

Apartamento novo e completo ainda de pouco uso

o banheiro da suíte apresenta um mau cheiro impossibilitando o uso e afetando todo quarto. apesar de dois técnicos terem vindo verificar e deixado água escorrer depois de algumas horas o mau cheiro retornou. acredito que devido à isso ficamos sem água quente por dois dias, que foi muito desagradável.
