Il personale era disponibile e la colazione ottima. La camera, essendo all'ultimo piano, era molto ventilata e luminosa.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi idraulici nel bagno della nostra camera. Il lavandino e la guarnizione del water presentavano delle perdite importanti, al punto che l'acqua tendeva ad accumularsi sul pavimento. Inoltre, abbiamo notato che la pressione dell'acqua in bagno era molto più bassa rispetto a quella del piano terra. Segnaliamo queste problematiche unicamente per dare la possibilità alla struttura di effettuare la manutenzione necessaria per i prossimi ospiti.

La ubicación está bien. Para entrar hay que pasar por un pasadizo y no es fácil de encontrar. Pero la zona está a 5m de la plaza

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Quizás está algo anticuado pero por ese precio lo vi muy correcto

Me dieron una habitación estupenda (no todas son iguales) y estuve muy cómodo. El lugar es muy atractivo y agradable, No es funcional como un hotel moderno, pero la relación entre encanto, comodidad y precio me parecieron imbatibles.

Hay que buscarlo, escondido en el Derb Azouz (que sin embargo tiene el nombre escrito a la entrada). Nada importante.

I liked my first visit so much, I booked again for a second visit! Zakaria prepared an early breakfast for me on two mornings so I would be able to make the pick-up times for the day trips I had booked. I liked the location as well as the size and quality of the room.

Abdul was the receptionist / first contact point during our stay. I have never met a person as nice as Abdul in my life. It was an absolute joy to stay in the Riad thanks to him. Breakfast is varied and local. Location is right by the Jardin Secret in the middle of the souks, amazing.

Grand merci à l'équipe du Riad O Ly pour l'accueil bienveillant, pour le sur classement dans la Suite de Luxe. J'ai été très touchée par votre geste. De tout coeur, MERCI. Cette suite est magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable. Le matelas était parfait. La salle de bain, ornée de zelliges m'a bien plu. Le petit déjeuné est varié et succulent. La propreté irréprochable. La terrasse : un havre de paix au coeur de la médina. Je voyage seule et je me suis sentie très bien chez vous. Grand merci.
