Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Complex - 2br1ba Pool!

Rustic Florida resort right on the ocean. Friendly and very attentive staff, good sized heated pool and hot tub. Room was spacious enough for four of us. We love that the resort is keeping with its original charm and decor. Great price point for our stay, very close to a lot of what Cocoa Beach has to offer, but just far enough away to escape the busier areas. We prefer these types of locations over the more traditional hotel chains.

Little coffee stand with some small breakfast snacks in the morning would be a nice touch. Maybe have a food truck swing by once a week, something like that? Those are suggestions, not complaints. We enjoyed everything else otherwise.

Beachfront property with heated pool, full kitchen, large bedrooms and living room with queen sleeper sofa, large bathroom as well! Plenty of activities onsite it was a little hidden gem! Fire pit, grilling area, very clean Penny was amazing and made our stay memorable we will be coming back for summer vacation

Perfect for our family of four! It was so nice to go in, drop our luggage and hit the beach!

Feels like a little island getaway! Cozy comfy tucked away with the convenience of everything you need. We absolutely love it here. Everything was clean,the beach was beautiful, the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was hot.The amenities were above and beyond with grills, beach chairs, boogie boards, fire pit, laundry area, Cornhole and boardgames for everyone to enjoy! The staff was awesome and helpful. The only thing wrong was the bathroom door was sticking at the top so I was stuck inside till I figured out how to wiggle and giggle it loose...lol Also we had two vehicles and I registered both on the rental site but when I got there I only had one parking pass, the other had to park down the street. I still give this place a 5 star and will be back. If you want a quiet getaway to relax and unwind I absolutely recommend.
