Perfect location for Broad Street, lots of places to eat, nightlife a few minutes walk away. Easy collection and drop off of keys, great communication with host, no problems at all.

Location close to the city centre and close to canals. Communication was fast and perfect, apartment was clean and fully equipped. For my next trip to Birmingham I will choose this accommodation again.

The loacation was wonderful. The balcony was good for views and fresh air. The bed was comfortable.

Even though I had arranged a check in time I had to make phones to connect with the person with the key. There was no guide to use the tv which kept losing signal. No instruction on the heating/aircon/or towel heater. The towels were wet ant the person who let me in took them away to be half dried and came back with them still damp. I had to phone to get a toilet roll ! Dispite good reviews the place was actually dirty.

Perfect location, we were seeing a gig at the O2 and it was a 6min walk! Was a 13min walk into the city. Perfect location underneath for parking that felt safe and secure for £5. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I had the bed and my friend had the bed sofa which was big enough that it didn’t need pulling out. Would very much use again for future gigs. Great communication from the hosts!

Located right in the city centre only a 10 minute walk from New Street station and plenty of room for 2-4 people. Really clean and plenty of spare bedding and blankets. The lady that checked us in was really lovely and helpful.

Property is in a good location for the Mailbox, the host met us outside to handover keys and show us the property. Property was secure and the furnishings were really sleek and modern. The bed was actually one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept on, WiFi in the apartment as well. Nice balcony with seating, apartment was clean throughout.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike, it’s a nice apartment and the price was good.
