Le personnel très accueillant et souriant le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner étaient très bon

Nadstandardně vybavené čisté pokoje, pohodlná postel, USB porty na nabíjení telefonu (nebylo nutné mít s sebou adaptér pro UK zásuvku), vynikající snídaně i jídlo v restauraci a milý a profesionální personál. Pohodlný check-in i check-out.

Nové moderní ubytování za rozumnou cenu. Všechno bylo čisté, personál milý, a snídaně skvělé. Na výběr bylo z pěti možností teplé snídaně a potom bufet se sladkým pečivem, jogurty a ovocem. Kávu tady mají skvělou.

Jedinou nevýhodou je absence jakýchkoliv parkovacích míst, pokud přijedete autem, budete muset objíždět okolní ulice a hledat místo.

Our stay in the M31 Boutique hotel was great – our room had a large bed that was very comfortable, so I slept really well, and a nice, easy to use shower. The facility looks new clean, has a beautiful interior design (I loved the Wes Anderson style colors and shapes!), and also a lovely scent! The staff was super friendly, kind, communicative and helpful, and there were zero problems with leaving our luggage inside the hotel after our checkout (free of charge). The location was perfect, even despite the ongoing renovation of the main road in Mellieħa that, surprisingly, wasn't an inconvenience at all. I would definitely recommend staying in that town, especially if you're interested in visiting Gozo, and having sandy beaches nearby. It has great restaurants on every corner, many convenience & souvenir shops, and a pastizzeria just a stone's throw away from M31 Boutique Suites. I liked the convenient way of entering the building & room with codes, so you don't have to worry about the time you get back in the evening.

I have no major criticisms! Only a couple of adjustments that I think could improve the overall experience: The room's could be a little better – there was no wardrobe, only a hanging rack placed right above the only table and electric kettle and three hooks on the wall, so we had limited space for storing our clothes and other items, and decided to keep them in an open suitcase on the floor. I really liked the idea of breakfast à la carte, but the five options available weren't to my taste (classic English style, eggs served in four different ways). The vegan option was rather bland (scrambled tofu was just sliced natural tofu), so I decided to skip the à la carte breakfast twice and focused on the buffet (that could benefit from adding more vegetables). Anyway, I never left hungry in the morning! The rooftop pool is very small, so don't expect swimming! We haven't used it, but it looks nice and clean, so maybe it could be a good place to relax during the day.

Świetna obsługa, wszyscy pracownicy hotelu byli niezwykle mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Śniadania z karty były przepyszne, wszystkie pozycje bardzo nam smakowały. Pokój był bardzo komfortowy, czysty, nowocześnie i ładnie urządzony, w wyposażeniu było wszystko co potrzebne do tygodniowego pobytu. Lokalizacja również świetna, kilka minut do przystanku i autobusów w każdym kierunku, najbliższa plaża pól godziny spacerem. Świetny hotel, serdecznie polecam i bardzo dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt :)

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to brak szafy w pokoju, ale to drobny szczegół.
