Rooms were really clean and staff behaviour was very polite. 24 hrs at service. Special thanks to Mr. Niraj ; the night manager he fulfilled everything we wanted. Linen was soft and comfortable Washroom was very clean

Only what is good is locations and quiet in night time

Bcs of flight time We came earlier then check in time, my room was empty but they ve charged me early check in and We were really so exhausted that we agreed to this, then later i realised that was first time someone charged me early check-in in all my life. Also they gave me the worst room among all in category i have booked, so they will always pushing ppl first to fill worst quality room, that is a pattern we ve noticed in some hotels. Later on they have tried to charge me what we have paid allready, but that was misunderstanding from lack of cooperation btw their stuff who is in charge, so better You ask the bill/proof for whatever You order. In my booking was written balcony, but they claimed that my room have a balcony although didnt, and i was just 2 nights so i didnt wanna spare time on fighting, no worthy, but for everyone who come next, make double check what kind of room You have booked and what they will try to give You.

Everything was Good & okay with service of the amount paid one suggestion would like have buffet breakfast with some more options other then worth staying at the hotel

Location and refresh room

the fact that the hotel is not far from shopping centers metro station and other amenities makes the hotel quite fascinating the only problem is the hot water which is only available at a certain time and not on 24 hrs

Very good location and many wholesale market near the Hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Good service. Breakfast also very tasty.
