Location

Bumped into the cleaners on arrival who said it was advertised not to be available until 4pm. Details say 3pm. Lots of small things - fixtures broken, threaded carpet on stairs, clutter main bedroom (ironing board, high chair - all needed moving) Kitchen tap silenced by diy!

"Lovely location but noisy neighbours and shame about cleanliness"

Location was great.

On arrival the house was dusty, hairs on bedding, bathroom not cleaned to good enough standard. It looked like the cleaner hadn’t finished. Crumbs on kitchen work surfaces! Hoover and mop just left out in the middle of the lounge! We called the local agent who did send a cleaner in the following day. They were very apologetic. Carpets on the stairs and master bedroom needs replacing threadbare in places and sharp edging grips visible in bedroom next to wardrobe so could easily hurt yourself. Description misleading as no secure garden, just a bench outside back door.
