Busy street running outside door, community gathering coffee bar next door, open late with folks standing outside partying, broken cabinetry, little lighting, scary broken socket for appliances. Quite dirty and dusty. Upstairs bed was like sleeping on the floor. 5:00 check-in is strict because the staff comes to change the beds at 4:00. We requested an early check-in or luggage storage 3 days in advance, but no response from owner.

IEFor me this was a great place to stay 2 nights in Siena. Central location in Old Town, 2 min stroll to main piazza, clean and comfortable. Just to be aware that front door opens onto street with cars passing so be careful with small children.
GBBrilliant place, the building is amazing, the property is very very nice and the location is excellent. I'm going back to Siena regularly and will always check this place hoping is available.
