"Pleasant"

The house is in a strategic location. Near to the city center, Taiping Zoo, good eating places and malls. Bedrooms and halls are spacious and recommended for medium families. The view is amazing, can see the railroads and the horizon view of taiping.

Pools and playgrounds are not well maintained. Crows poop everywhere, even inside the pool. Towels not provided. A washing machine was provided but no wash powder.

"I would recommend & repeat if they improved a lil bit"

The cleanliness and the minimalist decoration of the place. It's also near Taiping sentral and Lotus's. It also provide cutleries and single induction stove. Also have washing machine, refrigerator. Also have WiFi!

It didn't have free coffee/tea 3in1 or plain water for the guest. Should have placed the shower gel too for the customer. Because the apartment was quite pricey if it doesn't came with those basic amenities.

"Noisy and dusty"

Unfair to customers because all windows and balcony are facing heavy traffic highways and train rails, yet there was no soundproof facility such as double-glazed windows.
