Loft Plaza Mayor 3 Temporal

L’emplacement est super ainsi que la vue sur la plaza Mayor !

Le confort du canapé lit est assez moyen .

Localização fantástica, vista para Plaza Mayor, perto de quase tudo em Madrid.

Fica no terceiro andar, não tem elevador. A porta do banheiro não permite privacidade.

Tranquilo, la ubicación céntrica a todo lo turístico

I picked this place for its location, the location was perfect, however, no one warned us about the area, specifically the road right outside the building was under construction/renovation. And it was hard to access it. During different times from the booking, check-in, etc. I stated that I was traveling with my family. Yet, not once I was given clear instructions on how to get to the property, It was only when I was frustrated after walking up and down the area with 4 pieces of luggage that I contacted customer service and they gave me some instructions. Keep in mind that due to the work being done, the taxi from the airport could not find a way in and left us 3 blocks away, a family of 4 with 4 pieces of luggage, after a long flight from Asia, trying to find a place that did not have a name written anywhere, it was a small door in between two restaurants.it was only when we were lost and I called that I was given some really poor instructions on how to get to the place, they could have done a video, or at least a message to foreign guests to make the process easy and smooth. I also loved how spacious the place was, it had everything a family may need, the only problem then was that the AC unit was too small for such a large area and people sleeping on the second story of the apartment could not feel any cool temperature, it was too hot.

Their communication about the whole thing was terrible, I should have figured something was odd when they changed the name of the property sometime after I had booked it. There was not a name anywhere on the wall, or visible, and when I asked locals for directions no one knew where the place was, The fact that when I had problems and I reported them I was given false information. For example, after finally getting to the place we wanted to rest and take a shower, then the electricity went off, yes you read it correctly. In Europe, a couple of minutes after we entered the property the electrical power went off, and it was just our apartment. I called the host team, and they said they would send a technician to fix the problem. Just to be called some minutes later to get instructions on how to fix the problem myself, the thing with the electricity happened several times during our stay, we could not use the washing machine because it would trigger an electric malfunction that would leave us without electricity until all breakers were set again. Once It happened and the fridge did not work after that, I reported it and the host team did not reply until the very next day, fortunately after two more electric problems with the breakers, the fridge worked again. The experience could have gone a lot better if the host team had been efficient and transparent with instructions from the very beginning, not to wait until guests arrive in Spain. Also, I reported, as soon as I realized, the little glass doors of the shower were broken, and they did not address this either. Terrible customer service. And the main door of that bathroom did not have a lock or anything to secure for privacy. I have different videos about all I am saying here, but booking only gives me the option to upload pictures.

The location was amazing, and it was roomy and clean, with extra cleaning materials to use if necessary. It felt fresh.

For the amazing location and place, there were a couple of details that should be improved, like the two foldable chairs in the balcony.

The location 110% fantastic! The apartment cosy, big, well furnished. Next time in Madrid happily again!

There were just 2 boring things - discussed with the provider with a promise both to be rectified. Will see next time :o)
