C01A05 Precioso apartamento con vistas al mar by R2R Consulting

La ubicación muy bien cerca del centro, aunque importantes cuestas para subir a él desde el centro con una silleta 😅. Las vistas son una pasada y para nosotros 5 el apartamento genial. Y que tenga plaza de aparcamiento es muy top, un 10.

A la llegada la calefacción no estaba encendida y había un par de ventanas abiertas. El apartamento estaba a 10 grados 🥶 y costó bastante que se templara. Y que el ascensor pare en las entreplantas, aunque creo que lo pone en la descripción yo no lo veí hasta que ya lo había reservado, pero bueno son pocos escalones.

El aparcamiento privado y las vistas al puerto...

Olor nauseabundo del wc que apestaba toda la casa. Insoportable. Hecha la queja, contestaron con una tontería y se quedaron tan anchos... No señores, no es debido a las subidas y bajadas del mar...Es suciedad del bote sifónico. Casa muy sucia, llena de pelos y con mucho polvo, sobre todo en las lámparas, bandeja del horno, con restos de comida pegada. Falta del libro de instrucciones de los electrodomésticos y de un mínimo para poder limpiar la casa, (lo básico, un limpiador). No se puede entrar hasta las 17h y tienes que irte a las 11am, pero te cobran un día entero...

Es un precioso apartamento amplio, nuevo, moderno, no le falta detalle y muy limpio. La anfitriona Ana es encantadora y pendiente de todo.

Todo me gustó.

La vista de la bahia es increible

Siendo 4 personas que sólo nos facilitaran 1 juego de llaves. La dificultad en el acceso. La petición de fianza

Location was good. Despite being on a hill, it was a short walk down to the city. Coming back up, there was convenient option of taking fenucular - to avoid climbing the steps (though the fenucular was out of order during our visit, and from making enquières it appears to be often broké-down). View is spectacular. Probably one of best in the city. One evening we watched a full moon rise over the distant hills.

Odor from toilet/canalisation was very bad. In fact very, very bad. I guess not much can be done due to it being a building issue. Communication/information to/with agence was very poor and not very punctual. One main issue related to parking place that comes with appartment. Despite my repeated requests to clarify/provide information, the agency failed to provide correctinstruction. I was advised to park « anywhere » in the street. I did this, not understanding I required to pay a meter fee and received a €90 parking fine the first day. Upon making my own investigation, I discovered the appartment comes with private parking area (and how to access) on my own. Had this information been provided (especially since I asked several times), I could have avoided the parking fine. When I communicated this to the agency (via Booking), I received no acknowledgement. Agency doesn’t care nor do they take responsability. Overall - despite the beautiful view - myself, wife and kids would not stay in this property ever again (feedback was street noise and poor mattresses leading to poor sleep for duration of stay).

Las vistas desde el apartamento y los dormitorios (camas nuevas y comodas). Y el.apartamento es muy silencioso.

El baño tiene un problema de ventilación y huele muy mal (a cañeria/cloaca). Aunque tiene un extractor de aire y lo dejes puesto mucho rato, no funciona y el olor es continuo. Ademas la localizacion, si bien tiene unas vistas preciosas, esta muy arriba y cada vez q bajas al centro hay una buena subida para volver (si te mueves a pie)

Apart from the fantastic view, there is not much to rave about: the building and surroundings are rather unattractive, and there is a very strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom that is felt in the entire apartment. On the positive side, the company managing the apartment is kind and responsive and gave good indications to find the place (including photos) .

It is quite a hike down and then back up staircases to get to and back from the city centre. It was ok for us, but would not possible with little children or elderly persons (none of the close by escalators were working during the 4 days if our stay). The apartment advertises a parking space. Be aware that there is no reserved spot , you just have access to an open air parking lot behind the building (you have to walk down the street), and it is rather hard to find a space to park if you arrive late in the day. The apartment is not fully equipped to standards (only one bedside table with one reading lamp in both of the double rooms). A deposit of 300 euros is booked on your credit card when you finalise the reservation and returned after he stay.
